Terms & Conditions


Upon joining Theatre for All, you agree with the following terms and conditions:

  • Theatre for All (TFA) is a registered as a Charity (number 1136906) with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. As such its operation is subject to the laws governing the operation of charities in England and Wales. Information about charity law in England and Wales can be found on the Charity Commission’s web site.

  • The governing document of TFA is its Constitution, as amended from time to time by General Meetings of TFA. If there is a conflict between this document and the Constitution then the Constitution takes precedence.

  • As an ongoing project TFA offer advice and assistance primarily to the Korean community, although open to all, through the Korean Information Centre (KIC) and access to and the use of KIC services is subject to a Membership fee of £10 per annum. There is no membership fee payable for membership of TFA only.

  • The fee may be paid for in units of 12 equal monthly payments. The first 12 months membership will run from the date of receipt of payment (whether in full or in part) until the end of that month in the following year (for example if payment is received on 12 January 2014 then the first years membership will run from 12 January 2014 until 31 January 2015).

  • All memberships will end on the last day of the month in which renewal is due.

  • Where payment is made by transfer direct to TFA bank account the amount received by TFA for purposes of these terms and conditions is the amount after the deduction of any charges made by TFA bank or any other bank.

  • In the event that a payment is rejected then the membership will be suspended until valid payment of the membership fee (and TFA discretion, payment of any additional costs incurred by TFA because of the rejection of the payment) is received by TFA. If valid payment is not received then membership will be terminated.

  • Any contractual relationship created between TFA and any member is made under the Laws of England and Wales. Any dispute between TFA and any member will be governed by the Laws of England and Wales. Any legal action arising from the relationship between TFA and any member will be pursued in the English Courts unless both the member concerned and the Trustees of TFA agree otherwise.

  • Membership of the KIC may not be cancelled after the service has commenced.

  • KIC program, activities and membership fee can be changed by the decision of KIC partners – Metropolitan Police Service and Kingston Environment Centre.

  • We reserve the right to reject any persons' membership or application form that may cause or has any offence, discrimination, inflammatory content attached to it. In this case any membership fee will be returned within 2 weeks of decision.

  • We value honesty and fairness, so we do not allow the promotion of products or services that are designed to enable dishonest behaviour or cause offence.

    Examples of products or services that enable dishonest behavior: Hacking software or instructions; services designed to artificially inflate ad or website traffic; fake documents; academic cheating services.  This list is not exhaustive. 

  • We value diversity and respect for others, and we strive to avoid offending users with ads or websites that are inappropriate for our ad network. For this reason, we do not allow the promotion of any of the following:


        hatred; violence; harassment; racism; sexual, religious, or political intolerance, or organisations with such views 

        content that's likely to shock or disgust

        content that is exploitative or appears to unfairly capitalize at the expense of others.


Privacy and Authority

  • We do not share personal information with companies, organisations and individuals outside of the KIC unless one of the following circumstances applies or with the member's specific consent:


    First, with your consent

    We will share personal information with companies, organisations, or individuals outside of the KIC when we have your consent to do so.


    Second, we may share personal information with our partners.


    Third, for legal reasons

    We will share personal information with companies, organisations or individuals outside KIC if we have a belief in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.


    Fourth, we may share aggregated, non- personal identifiable information with our partners-like advertisers or organisations for the purpose of academic, statistic or market research.
